Because all of our items are handmade with love, each piece is unique and made just for you. We do our best to ensure every item is high-quality and exactly as described, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you.

Non-custom items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or significantly not as described. Please contact us first to discuss your order and provide a photo of the item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
